Congratulations to the mother who gave birth to 5 children at once. Being a mother of 5 born one at a time, I can say this is a blessing that comes with lots of challenges and wish her and her babies well.

School holidays

School holiday should be holiday away from school and not used by teachers for holiday tuition. When will children have time to play and rest from books when schools overburden them with studies even during holidays? This is why I support Minister for Education Mutula Kilonzo for banning holiday tuition.

It is very sad that students of Asumbi Girls primary perished in locked dormitory during these August holidays, may they rest if peace and is bitter lesson to other schools.
